We reviewed the sorting functionality again and have now implemented a fix across all stores. The issue was related to the default “Low-High” sorting logic interfering with the selected sort option, particularly when switching between alphabetical and chronological sorting.

The sort-by dropdown should now function properly, including:

Correctly switching between all sorting options
Properly applying chronological sorting selections
Automatically defaulting to “Low-High” when first entering the site. To all stores below:

The slideshow banner now updates based on the user’s group. Users under AFC New Hire Welcome and AFC Authorized Employee Purchases will see a different slideshow compared to other groups. This is for both US and CA OPENLANE Apparel for Purchase sites. [#10805 Apr 7 2026]

- The pricing under the "Item Price" and "Total" sections on the Product page has been converted to CAD. (#780555 - April 27, 2026)

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of April 27, 2026 (#780555):

The "State" and "Zip Code" fields on the Shipping Address and Billing Address sections of the Checkout page have been updated to "Province" and "Postal Code", respectively.
The Billing Email Address has been removed from the "Billed To" section of the Order Confirmation Email.

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of May 7, 2026 (#784311):

The "Country" field on the Shipping Address section of the Checkout page has been updated to have "Canada" as the default option.

We were able to implement this successfully on sites below:

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of May 18, 2026 (#11060):

All instances of the HEX Color #00205B have been updated to #0A1B5F.
All instances of the HEX Color #0047BB have been updated to #0061FF.
The text color of the blue "Shop Now" button has been updated to #FFFFFF.

The requested update has now been implemented for the AFC stores as well, and the “Shop Now” pill text across both user groups has been changed to white on all specified sites.[#790843 May 22 2026]

The requested banner logic updates have been implemented on sites 15427, 13693, 13692, 13672, and 13671.

The “AFC Canada New Hire Welcome” group has been updated to display the same banner as the “AFC New Hire Welcome” group.

Additionally, the logic has been adjusted so that if a user belongs to both OPENLANE and AFC groups, the OPENLANE banner will take priority and display by default.[#10805 May 26 2026]
